The crust is rubbed with garlic, sesame oil coated with black pepper and salt. It is so good and crunchy.

Looking GOOD guys! Im stuck at work today or Id be grilling. I finally got the right parts for my grill and got it rebult, I asked my wife to pick up Baby backs, She wont buy them said their 5.00 a lb, what are the going for around there? I thought meat prices would drop
We are around $3.45 per lb for a slab.

$ 2.69 lbs last weekend
That is crazy! I can only get down around $3 per lb if I buy by the case. Great price!

the above is wholesale, I have a GFS market and Costco business within 3 mile of each other. Costco prices are usually better than GFS. I will also walk in and if sell date is close to expiration I will score a better deal. The Odd thing is I have wholesale accounts with four major provayers and Costco business instore price by me is the best. I picked up choice beef striploins whole for 4.89 three weeks ago and beef tenderloin was $10 ish.

Had this in the fridge... Went with a dry rub...
Last pork loin was just a bit overdone IMO, so this one I am only going to take to 135° internal before pulling it... We'll see how it goes... Smells good, and I am starving!! IMG_20180813_182405720.jpg

Not sure on baby back, but st louis style is currently $1.49lb at Krogers and pork shoulder bone in is $1.39lb. Seems like baby back was $1.99lb a few weeks back but I'm not positive. I usually just buy what is on sale when I decide i want ribs.

Smoked a turkey breast for dinner. It came out really darn good! The cole slaw I made with it.... awful! At least the main was good :)
