DAILY QUESTION: What’s your favorite success story related to upgrading your aquarium lighting?
My first major upgrade going from a standard aquarium bulb light to AI Hydras my softie corals (all I kept at the time) blew up in terms of growth. It was fun to see.

DAILY QUESTION: Why is it essential to have a light that mimics natural sunlight and moonlight cycles?
Getting as close to nature as possible is important so we can keep an environment that all these things we keep have been evolving for since the beginning of time.

DAILY QUESTION: What’s your favorite success story related to upgrading your aquarium lighting?
I upgraded from a 4bulb t5 fixture to an 8 bulb dimmable fixture. Loved the ability to slowly ramp up and down the number of bulbs and the intensity. First time I was able to mimic a dusk to dawn photoperiod.

DAILY QUESTION: How do you balance aesthetics and functionality when it comes to aquarium lighting?
I go strong with the blues and slowly raise the white till I like what is see.
As for functionality, if the corals look happy and are growing, the light is good by me.

DAILY QUESTION: How do you balance aesthetics and functionality when it comes to aquarium lighting?
I run 5 OR4 150's which are simple to function and look great installed with great light coverage and little spill over. The OR4
s seem to have more blues than whites when compared to the OR3's.
