How do you like GHL? I've been eyeing their products recently for the next time I have money.

Absolutely love GHL, so far. Their customer service/ticketing system is partially why i chose to go the GHL route. If i'm stuck in any way, shape, or form, i simply open up a ticket and Gael/another customer service rep can remote into my GHL app and guide me towards where i've made my mistake, or they can correct my errors and let me know what the issue was.

I'm still playing around with my KH Director. The hardest part with that is getting the calibration correct, but once calibrated correctly, it's really accurate for me. The other thing I like about the KHD is that I don't have to test 4 times a day and can only do 1 test a day if i want to. I do 2 tests a day, once in the morning, once in the evening because my doser keeps alk stable.

Dosers are very accurate as well, once calibrated correctly(i used a 2 decimal scale, $10 on Amazon)

Only issue I've had so far is a couple of things being backordered(float sensor, sensor holder), but it's no big deal because I can wait.

I would highly recommend GHL.

Not my monthly entry, but how concerned should I be about the white spot that showed up overnight? It’s about 3-4mm in diameter and hasn’t changed in size since I noticed it about 24 hours ago.

You know how it got there? If it hasn't changed I wouldn't worry too much. But I'm not the expert

Chance anything fell on it ? Any LPS around that might have reached out and zapped it ?
Not really. It's at the highest point in the tank. The only thing close to it is the free frag that Adam sent with it (don't even remember the name now). I'll just cross my fingers and hope for the best. It doesn't seem to be getting any worse.

My efflo is officially gone. Tank is looking pretty good for the most part but I lost several things that were looking weak. Strange thing is that it’s not RTN/STN like I’ve seen before. I’m worried it’s something that reared its head again that I thought was isolated to a specific colony. I adopted a milli colony a while back that after two weeks of doing great it started to fade from the bottom up. Looked like it was getting stung or something. Didn’t have the tissue come off… it just like melted INTO the skeleton almost and then the skeleton would be green afterward. I fragged it hard, managed to save several pieces, but this last round took all of those, the efflo, several acro frags (a bunch of BC pieces) but at this point has only affected millis or acros.

Worried it might be some kind of fungal issue because aquabiomics showed zero pathogens present.

Idk. Either way the efflo is kaput so I’ll have to try again next time.
