Mine split often, even in a lower nutient sps tank and high light. They split even faster in a dirtier tank.I've heard that Florida ricordeas don't often split. I've noticed over the last 2 months my ric getting quite oblong and the last 2 days I've seen what resembles a 2nd green mouth although it's quite tiny. Is my shroom splitting?
Since my original post about this, it has split into 3 and one of them "relocated" probably with the help of one of my urchins and it's got 2 mouths so I will have a 4th soon. The one that relocated has been put in a cup with some rubble. I just hope it doesn't decide to stick to the side of the cup.Mine split often, even in a lower nutient sps tank and high light.
