For those of you that don't do chalices. I highly recommend the miami hurricane chalice. very easy and insanely beautiful. my frag went from 3/4" last summer and its now over 6"

Just got mine 2 weeks ago, two new eyes and it's one of my favorite corals....thing is so awesome

If seen chalice grow around SPS bases only taking out the puddling and a small amount of the base and leaving the rest of the colony unharmed. Of course it would have to be an extremely well established SPS colony producing enough shade for the chalice. But I have seen it and it’s beautiful!
