yellow coris wrasse with foggy eye

I got a yellow coris wrasse 3 days ago and today was the first day it came out of hiding in the sand. I noticed that one of its eyes is cloudy or foggy. Any recommendations for treatment I doubt I will be able to get him out of my tank.

I have used the Melafix in the past, but you need to shut down skimmer for 3 or 4 days.
