Well today started as a bad day my long nose hawkfish jumped out of my tank

I have a yellow coris in my tank now. I had one in my previous tank. Both were amazing fish! Super docile to other non wrasse species. I also recently added a Blue and Red Fairy Wrasse, that one is typically a good tank mate as well. But they can get fast and jump too, so def have your screen up on the tank before you get a wrasse.

My yellow wrasse is a great fish in my reef. He is a little skittish and are jumpers. They become better looking as they age (face color). Gets along with other fish well.

Can't wait for mine to mature and get those colors. Its just recently started to get much larger and plump, almost like the early stages before it would turn more adult.

Sorry to hear about the loss man. I had a flame hawkfish jump out of the tank a little over a month ago. I was really bummed out as well! +1 on getting a screen! I don’t want a screen so as much as I want another hawkfish, I’m going to pass
