I decided to try the Two Little Fishies AccuraSea salt. It mixes really well with no residue but it mixes with a strong sulfur smell to the freshly mixed water. Is this safe to use / has anyone experienced this? Even the dry salt has a slight sulfur smell to it.

Bump. I don’t use that salt, but that sounds weird to me.

Against my better judgement, I ended up doing a 40g water change with it and my fish did not like it all. My tangs started to flash immediately and it definitely stressed them out. The stress did uncover an underlying black ich issue that I had in the tank. I've since treated with prazipro and the fish are fine. All of the bags had a smell of sulfur so I decided to throw it all out and stick to reef crystals since something in it stressed out my fish. I just did a 40g reef crystals water change and all is fine.

Pretty disturbing fact pattern. I have been thinking about switching to TLF AccuraSea due to the prepackaged salt bags. Unfortunately there is not much feedback I see on it.
