Can't say I'm too please with my new Trident as of yet???????? Mostly failed test time and time again. I;ve gone though one set of reagents already. Recalibrated unit, pinched hoses, needle falls off, not filling with water. Seems link I'm learning the hard way. What's everyone's opinion of this system? Or any helpful input would be appreciated.

Mine is plug and play perfect. Haven't even had to look at it. ( besides the results )
I would stop messing with it and contact support.
I'm not saying this is the case, but a lot of the posted problems are user errors and user created problems.

Most people only post when things are wrong, there are literally thousands and thousands of these units in service.

Be patient and contact customer service, but it may already be too late if you have done a lot self diagnosis.

In the end Neptune will stand behind the unit and make it right for you. Customer service is very important to them.
