For reasons, I decided to switch back from AFR to 2 part. Guess what happens on Day 1? My Trident decided to unalive itself.

I’m fairly certain the main pump head has gone bad because it is not consistently dosing reagents or taking sample water. After discussions with Neptune, they are telling me that I need to send it back with no ETA on a fix/getting it back.

Has anyone sent one in for a fix lately so I can get even the slightest clue on what to expect? An option was to buy a new Trident eliminating my worry on repair time, but they are widely unavailable. Now, I’m considering switching off of Neptune altogether and going Hydros with an IV.

Shared experiences are appreciated! Pics for attention!
