I spy Weldon 42! I just had a bad experience with it trying to bond a top on a tank. After 4 days is was still soft enough to pry the top off! Three days of clean up and polishing and we did it again with a new batch. Now the seam micro bubbled. Going to cut it apart again and solvent weld this time. Have to use a special router bit for removing Corian sinks. Clean it all up again and try again. Using this as a training tool for my crew.

By the way did you hand polish that rack or flame it? Looks great and what a great idea!
Oh no! That’s horrible man! Expired? The rack is flame polished it’s not holding anything but frag plugs haha! Thanks for the kind words btw man!

Definitely expired. I had 8 cartridges and did a couple of test bonds that worked. 2001 date lol...my bad. Ordered new and then the microbubbles.
Whoops! Haha… yeah that’s a litttle old haha! I use them no matter what but haven’t had any that old that didn’t harden up! The stuff has been hard to find lately including spare tips.. I did notice they got smaller cartridges now for smaller guns so I might look into that! I know the smaller tips are way cheaper and less waste.

Any idea how long it had been rusting for?
I’d guess a month or so… I noticed it had starting issues about a month ago after cleaning the cup.. I had to turn it on and off a few times then it would start.. makes sense now that the magnets swole in the casing and separated it… I chalked it up as just being dirty…. It didn’t cause any harm to my sticks or anything It’s basically free gfo haha!

Ugh!!! Made a bone head move and thankfully no casualties this far! Aaaahhhhhhh! Cleaned my sump and doing a water change of about 35 gallons after I got the majority of the detrius out…. Go outside to clean my skimmer and put the pump in before putting the new saltwater in… get that all clean and new pump in and come inside to put it in the sump and my sump is pure white! I’m like hmmmmmm bacterial bloom from stiring the sump up? :thinking-face: Nope! Never turned the top off, off and it dumped about 10 gallons of very saturated kalk water into the sump! Aaaaahhhhhhhh lol… now I’m doing about a 80gal water change and only had 40 mixed up! Gonna be a long night! Blah! Sorry for the rant!!! I wouldn’t have caught it if the resi didn’t run dry and the pump squealing….

You should get a float switch set up at the lower level of your sump that turns off your ATO.
Yeah… total bone head move! All is good and the tank is back to 100% Should be really happy with that huge water change lol..

Good deal. If that isn’t an option, you can set an alarm to go off if the ATO runs for more than Xxx seconds as well.
I don’t know how to use this computer crap haha! First time I’ve ever had a controller and it’s only like 2 weeks old.

maybe start with this oscillate so it only runs for a set time every XX minutes. You can adjust the run time and/or the delay. I’m guessing you have a float switch telling the ATO to turn on, so use the bottom code and change the name to fit your switch names.

OSC 000:00/000:10/010:00 Then ON

It would be on for 10s and off for 10m and repeat.

Then below it have all your checks for what will shut off the ATO. In this example any of the bottom 3 lines being true would shut off the ATO. Otherwise if none of them are true it will run with the OSC pattern.

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/000:10/010:00 Then ON
If ATO_SW OPEN Then OFF
If Output Return_Pump OFF Then OFF
If FUGE_H OPEN Then OFF
