Those are plates
It’s plate coral silly
See
This is why we need you around. No one else asked why I would put a bunch of plates in the pot like a crazy person.

The answer is I was trying to raise the water level a bit.
We just figured it was plate coral
Why is there algae on your plates??

Do you fish demand to fed on proper dinnerware?
I’d tell them to get a job before they got so picky
I know you eat sushi. He obviously just had nori that wasn’t dried yet
Have you been tested lately???
No but if I get pregnant I’m cashing in and I’ll definitely need a C-section

Just remember where you came from - and who supported you when you become rich and infamous. And move us all to your private island!!

Sushi can be delicious. But can also be an acquired taste.

Private Island she says. Obviously she hasn't read my signature line. We're terraforming Europa and snagging fish and corals from those oceans

So good news is the skimmer is working well finally and the hooded wrasse is also doing excellent as are most of the corals.

Bad news is both flasher wrasse are MIA and presumed dead and my firefish has gotten old and is on its last legs. Bought it as an adult so 2 1/2 years and surviving a brutal attack by the checkerboard wrasse I had for a second isn’t too bad.

Unfortunately I think this means I should stop trying to add fish especially wrasse. Only thing I may consider is temporarily a CB regal angel if I feel like paying the big bucks (would move to the other tank once big enough) or a different species of tilefish.

I think this coral has won the race to be the first to spread onto my new rocks. No idea what it is though :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Frogspawn looking amazing!
Finally! It hadn’t been fully happy for months and I couldn’t find a good place for it. It’s quite large and most of the open spots had too much flow. I guess that’s the problem when you set your tank up for SPS.
