Could be estep. Is usually not an issue though. But I did change the line width to .5.I could be wrong though. It just looks like a clogged nozzle or eSteps.

Ohhhhh yes TPU causes prints to mess up. Its gummy and sticks in the nozzle. Takes forever to clean out. TPU is interesting and I like to use it for things but the clean up is awful and I have troubles for a few prints afterwards. It extruded fine when it wasn't printing. That was the first thing I looked at.
Petg, 240 no cooling. I can crank it, but should be ok there.
It was after a few tpu prints, that may have caused some sticking. Not sure.
Got the same thing going now with pla, 200 maybe cooling, didn't look. And it's fine.
Made some teethers from tpu, now a random flow generator. I'll dig around for some way to clean up after. Also would probably help to take it out right after, not reheat everything to remove it.Ohhhhh yes TPU causes prints to mess up. Its gummy and sticks in the nozzle. Takes forever to clean out. I use this through the top swirl it around over and over to clean it out.
It sticks bad, worse than removing molten hot glue from your finger tips.Made some teethers from tpu, now a random flow generator. I'll dig around for some way to clean up after. Also would probably help to take it out right after, not reheat everything to remove it.
Give it it's own printer...It sticks bad, worse than removing molten hot glue from your finger tips.
Or if you had the quick change nozzles like on the A1Give it it's own printer...
Another point for the prusa.Or if you had the quick change nozzles like on the A1
Not even soon here. Maybe get the ender running and that can be the tpu printer.Another printer is above my pay grade still, soon though...
If problems come this print I might do that.I vote replace the nozzle if you're running typical brass nozzle. If hardened it should last a little longer... may be the tpu like you commented
