I volunteered on his campaign(s).
I liked Nader a lot. I also liked Jill Stein from the Green Party back in '16, as I was a Bernie guy. I'll never forgive the DNC for that BS... Anyway, the last 12 years could have been avoided...

Shhh.... don't tell anyone I'm a lefty-hippie-commie

Good morning, Heathens and happy Sunday!

I'm back to testing 2x a week now until I can get my nutrients balanced after the PO4 spike last week. Fresh GFO in the reactor increased by 1/4 cup a day x5 days and a small water change have my numbers more in line. Still a bit to go on the PO4, but now I need to come up more on the NO3. Le sigh...

Anyways, everything is still more or less on target and the tank is looking great. Pics to follow at some point later on.

My sinuses aren't as bad, but things seemed to have migrated lower. Fortunately I have had two negative covid tests, three days apart. So this is just an old-fashioned URI.

I'll see how things go over the next 48-72 hours, as this is more than likely viral. If I worsen or my 02 sats drop, I'll go in for some film on my chest and likely call in a script for Augmentin as a pneumonia prophylaxis (if warranted). Right now, I'm having difficulty expelling anything from my chest and cannot take expectorants (or any cold medicines, for that matter) due to interactions with my other medications. If that persists, this can become a bacterial bronchitis.

Thanks for checking in :face-blowing-a-kiss:

Yeah don't mess around with chest stuff. You can always try putting some Vicks on your feet with socks when you go to bed.

Speaking of who ended up winning that anyway?
I believe that Nick guy did. I just asked the other day of we get the badge since the winner doesn't have one either, but got no response.

Now, as I remember, someone didn’t vote for my pumpkin…
It had lofty aspirations, but some pumpkins should have just stayed pie.

Brand new pump: $300
Vs.
Replacement parts and a little effort: $60

Good as new! So, when you guys get done putting stuff back together, what do you do with the leftover parts? Should I like, stick 'em in a drawer or something?
