What wrasses or fish in general do you guys want to see more of?
Here’s my updated stock list. Minus the Male Meleagris Leopard.

Everything!

How do you think magnifica fairs with zoa gardens?

It’s the funniest thing, the tank sounds like it’s heavily stocked but because everything is smaller even at max size (average is 3-4 inches) the tank has nice large gaps of emptiness.
That's what I was explaining to my wife last night. When everything is in the new tank I'll have 15 fish in a 3' tank... There's a Tomini Tang and a Foxface as the "big fish" then an H. Leucoxanthus, an H. Melanurus, and a Starry Blenny. Everything else is 1.5" - 2" max.

Honestly it’s hit and miss - I think most do fine with them though.

Dang this is annoying, looked on the camera and… Laboutei was swimming upright as though he had a spinal injury.
Don’t know what caused it as he was fine even before I left.

On the other hand, the Kuiter’s is out and proud!
Unfortunately when I got home I fished out the Laboutei. He didn’t make it annoyingly but I’ve had success with all other additions of wrasse so it was time that something went wrong.

A laboutei is not out of the plan though! I still want a ‘pair’ or maybe a trio.

I’m annoyed I got home late as lights are out and the fish only got fed once today. One day I’ll leave work on time… one day…

I was very tempted by a female Xanthichthys ringens though. I know I would like one or two final big bodied fish to fill out some of the empty areas but not sure what I’ll do. I know I’ll probably go for species that attain 6-7 inches and not much bigger as then I won’t have anything that’s out of place.

Well, here’s the new guy hanging out in a new cave as I’ve Re-scaped the tank today.
The wrasses love this new cave as it’s revealed a bunch of pods!

and an updated stocking list. Still with 2 large fish but everyone is small-medium in size so we plan for 1-2 more fish other than what’s on the list currently.

Okay okay, I know I shouldn’t have. But I was given too much of a deal to not do it, so I’ve come home with 3 new things as well as 3 freebies :)

Well everything hit the tank just a few minutes ago yet it’s late so everything is also fast asleep.
Here’s one of the freebies from a friend… a Green/Yellow BTA! Hopefully my clowns take refuge in her. I’ve also turned off my wave maker for tonight as he’s bound to go moving round constantly tonight.

Everything that was on drip… the black bucket was the nem, the others were the remaining coral :)

And the little guy.

No issues so far but tomorrow we’ll see how the foxes react. We just need a Y name… we have Yin and Yang so far, what next?

well, the nem did hit the tank - Obviously I left the wave marker off overnight :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

However, as they do he’s gone into the caves where I can’t get a photo of him. His colours are gorgeous though - green with yellow tips.
