Two questions:

Are the dates displayed on the shipping modules the ship out date or delivery date?

Does the DOA policy not apply to live sales?

The date is for delivery. We have a livesale/aftersale doa policy paragraph in our doa policy page. It’s basically the same as our main doa policy, the main difference being that a shipping box module is required. That said we always review doas as a per case basis and will always work to resolve any issues that may arise from shipping.
