Sober Reefing: Does Your Reef Help You Stay Sober?

Hey Reefers!
I just looked at the calendar and noticed that I’m coming up on three years of sobriety! Reefing has been my crutch to overcome alcohol addiction, and now it is my “drug” of choice! So I was wondering if reefing has helped you overcome an unhealthy addiction, and how it’s going for you? Happy “sober” Reefing!

When my old reeftank was in the garage, I would exercise with my stationary bike in front of it. Time went by pretty quickly for me that way as I exercised.
