New reefer from Singapore! Currently cycling my reefer 250!

For me this was trial and error as I didn't see any reference in the booklet included in the pallet the tank came in. In most pet stores this is referred to as "19/25mm" soft tubing.

Slowly making progress . Got my lights/mount done last night. One question I could really use some help with:

I purchased the 60.5 inch RMS track with mounting arms for my three Gen 4 XR15 pros. I do not like how the track extends past the mounting arms. Does anyone know if a 50.5 inch track will fit a 525xl with the ecotech mounting arms? By my measurements it’s very close. Anyone from ecotech on this forum that can help?

It’s extruded aluminum Cut it to your hearts content.

Here’s my 625 back when I first built it up with the track. It has 3 xr30s on it.

I’ve only got XR15s but there’s no sag.

Do you fellow reefers have a greenish tint to the water when viewed from the side? Here’s my newly filled with freshwater and brand new sand (one day old)

So they advertise low iron glass on the sides and front. Yet I see no difference in the color of the glass front panel vs rear panel (see photos)

I'm curious how everyone is cleaning their overflows of detritus? Just cleaned out my sump and I can imagine that the overflow has a good amount.

My 3 year old Red Sea Reefer 250, most corals started off as frags.
Skimmer and water changes as my source for nutrient exporting
Lighting : ATI Sunpower 6 bulb T5 with Kessils for coral pop and shimmer. My T5s do all the work!
I dose 2 part, Potassium Nitrate and Acropower
A couple of MP10s for water circulation.
