Hi,
Need some help/advise on what you think its best to set this tank up,

So i assembled the cabinet and put the aquarium on top, only to notice that not all 4 aquarium points/corners are on the cabinet, the front two goes over the cabinet doors, and when i move the aquarium back so that the base of the aquarium is all on the cabinet, the back & front panel of the aquarium are not touching, how should i set it up ? any pointers ? Pictures included in this post

This is when the back of the aquarium is flash with the back of the cabinet

And this is when the bottom glass of the aquarium is on the base of the cabinet.

and should i use an mat between the cabinet and the tank ?

Thanks

This is likely how its suppose to be set up. The red sea reefer tanks do the same thing, the front panel hangs off and is suppose to sit flush with the front doors.

Acceptable as Red Sea has this design and 98% of tank is supported on the stand

Thanks :) will be setting this up soon enough, would you think that an aquarium mat between the tank and and stand is required ?
