UV is good but will address what will pass through the unit. Algae scrubber will help but too will not eliminate. Assure Phosphate is not elevated and if using Tap water,,,, do not add any more. Light is the key and for ratio, start both blue and white at low percentage and build intensity.
What brand light is it?
I figured out what's the problem. My brother set my white light to 70.

I watched online and most people (from 0 - 100) set it between 10 - 25 while my bro set it at 70

No wonder the algae bloom is so bad.

Thanks for your help. I'll post an update a few days later once I got my UV running.

My fish are still eating aggressive at the moment
