I'm thinking an alk over 12 coming from an alk of 8 may be the culprit..but I'm not knowledgeable enough to know for sure. Could be the combo of everything from alk to nutrients is a good.bit higher in the tank and it just shocks them?Stop! Guys, I'm touched, and thank you all for the offers, but I'm going to have a lot to do getting everything back to normal in this tank if it's gotten this far out of hand. Aquabiomics has been hellishly slow getting my results back, and I've been through a course of Cipro and a course of Amoxicilin, so if it's bacterial, it's beyond my ability to treat and will need to be sterilized. I have the split tank which has all new equipment besides the sump, which I intend to sterilize tomorrow (At work, because why not get paid for my hobby). This is probably going upstairs now, instead of the basement, so that I can properly monitor it. My game room will just become a fish room.
