I was looking at the kz1234. How much you dose..instruction said 5ml/25g once /week
Since I just started using it, and don’t know how it will affect the tank chemistry, I’m starting with a lessor dose. I’ve got about 180 gallons of water (tank and sump) Which would be 36 ml a week at the formula recommended. I am starting with 25 ml per week which would be for about 137 gallons. I’ll give it a few months and do an ICP test to see where the numbers are. Once I know how it affects the numbers, I may gradually increase the dose.

Nano....1000 gallon tank...tank as big as the United States...5 ml per 25 gallons
I guess I should have clarified. I’m not doing that that yet with the 60, finishing off my SeaChem Trace first.

I dose as if my tank were 100 gallons. Always better underdosed than overdosed. FWIW it's just a supplement for me for what may or may not already be there without it.

The Ironman goni.
Yup. Cept it’s not an Iron Man. I got it with trade name of Fireballz. It’s nice kinda like a paled down cousin to the Care Bear

I know who sells it...and if that's the name that's cool. It's a good looking goni!

I moved my Alves over to a temp spot. It’s a little sad I have to move them again when the Thursday delivery comes cause they’re happy with it. I’m gonna try to keep them in the general area as they looked pretty claustrophobic nearer the glass where they were

It still weirds me out sometimes to see all these gonis, when i started in the hobby no one i knew of could keep them alive, including the LFS i was working at part time. Of course he also didn't have any luck with torches, both were really rare to come in. Maybe it was just because i was in nowhere ohio and no body knew what they were doing, its hard to believe that things have changed that much in 17 or 18 years.

it really amazes me too how many there are now and what incredible colors. i actually didn’t know about the reputation of gonis when i got my first one, a pink goni from my LFS for $80. i still have it in my reefbowl six and a half years later and it’s been one of my most resilient corals. now i have six different gonis and a bernardpora between my nano and my pico and i’m about to get 4 more from this sale. it’s such a great time to be in the hobby imo.
