We are setup very well to be profitable and adapt as we go when somebody checked out 7 6ers and only gets 1 1er and pairs it with 1 coral and gets free shipping we lose money. This actually never happened to us in the 2 Years we did business so to prevent this in the future we will have stronger rules to prevent this is all. Like I said no worries at all becouse technically everybody played by the rules we learn as we go and this surley won't happen again

Sounds like you're growing and that's great! It just seems odd that if a couple of people get super cheap corals you lose money over the 110(I might be wrong) orders. I would have thought you could just bump the price of individual corals up by $1-2(generating approx $400-800 extra profit on the WYSIWYG) to ensure you make enough profit that it doesn't force you to spoil the experience for the other 100+ customers.

Agree. I actually have unused gift cards to other vendors because I dont trust anyone else. I have been let down by all of the other vendors...but with SBB, I keep coming back for a reason.

You’d spend $100 and probably get it right back . I’ve never seen a vendor do giveaways like SBB. I’m not even mad spending $25 after getting a $1 torch.
