Maybe I have to give this coral snow a go. It's something I haven't tried at all. I rarely clean the glass though, it looks slightly messy, but only in close up photos. Snails take care of about 80% of it.
I also have a very small nano so cleaning the glass and blowing some rocks off only takes a few minutes. Snow Ingredients are cheap and it’s easy. I do a pretty good cleaning to get everything swirling before I start.

Everyone has great photos today. I finally got off of work and taped one of those filters to my phone, here is my Bumblebee and all SBB corals. Ignore the outbreak of trying to deal with it.

My favorite from the last sale is the MattV Cookie Monster. My favorite overall might still be the bumblebee or lotus flame. I need to get another Steel Reserve, mine died a weird death of full PE like these photos and slowly receded. It’s my first coral death since last August when I started buying SBB corals. Only change I made was to add Blue Vet Flux per some recommendations, I did a micro dose and I assume this didn’t like it.
Wow haven’t seen a lot of photos from you I don’t think! Excellent looking acros and Gonis!

Unfortunately I’m stuck near a window. When I picked my side of the room I hadn’t planned on a tank in there. My main filter is the lens of a Kraken glasses. I found the Orphek to be too dark for my liking
Ah ok. I figured as much. There's light underneath your rocks that should be black, and the whites look orangish, same as the wall behind it. Do like @Kasrift did and buy the Rosco gel filter samples to dial in which filter works best, plus lower the blinds for picture time. That will take your pics to an even higher level!

Black craft paint or construction paper works well also...

My wife would not be pleased with this solution. Neither would her plants. If the whole thing wouldn’t be a pain to do as well crazy heavy with tank even empty I’d swap sides of the room.
And some relative good news, my wife’s condition is pre-cancerous not cancer which will be watched for progression. It’s related to lymphoma so if it turns it’s treatable. But going slowly enough at the moment that her next big appointment isn’t until August.

That's great news!

The black construction paper is easy to put on. Tape it to the back of the tank - done.

I actually have paper on the side of the tank. Biggest problem is that especially in the summer the light from the window angles in for a fair amount of time. Not much I can do about that.

That's great news. My mom was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (a form of non hodgkin's). Treatable with infusion. keep up the good thoughts.
