I gotta photo I'll take in a few. Setting up tank two for berghia breeding. I'm going to drop a new shroom in it for a photo
Hard to get a photo of this now, but it is a red Pincushion rhodactis mushroom.

Also for those wondering what splitting my phyto looks like on bottling days.

And here are the different species side by side for color. Nanno and Tetra are really similar.

anybody use “professor coral’s bubble bath” coral dip? (Hydrogen Peroxide dip) just ordered some and curious if anyone has used it before. I like that it kills algae in addition to pests.

Directions: Use only as directed. Using more or less than directed could cause harm to your livestock. SHAKE WELL!

Interesting, this covers all bases when getting sued.

Ratio: 1:5. Use 1 part dip to 5 parts full-strength saltwater (1.026 sg). This will give you a 16.67% dip solution.

Interesting & probably true. I understood that to be you mix it with salt water like any dip. It came recommended; would be a good side by side to dip frags from the same colony with both.

seams to me the hydrogen peroxide with the 1 min dip is to just oxidize the outside of the coral. Nothing else is occuring. 16% is strong

I dont use bayer because it wont kill eggs....so kcl is better by not poisoning myself. red bug and the like will be removed by kcl
Black bugs won't from kcl. Really the best pest management tool is a microscope like this. Take your time and Scour your corals while they're in a container of water.
