Im a kalk/AFR/amino/phyto guy, i did recently start doing some kz flatworm and coral booster. I noticed long dormant (~6months to 1 year)corals from when i was still figuring it out, immediately start basing. I mix up fuel (trace/amino) then acropower the next day, then kz the next. I went a little too hard with kz to start and stuff was not happy but i think it was just OD w/ the trace in fuel and whatever the hell is in KZ, guessing iodine.
I have significant growth, but colors leave more to be desired.
I did acropower for a while...tried ab+ also. I'm changing up to see if I can keep the quality while cutting long run costs and water changes of a 300 gallon tank

I will monitor your findings, as ill eventually be in the same boat. I was running low on K for a long time and got that sorted, colors appear to be coming around and im curious if the spectrum of the reefi unos will add anything in that department. Alot of changes over the past year, time to keep my hands out and see how it develops. All in all continual upward trajectory at least.
Your colors are my goals haha.

That what I read. I was also struggling with those reds, which led me to that missing piece. I was down to 330, I didnt realize AFR didnt have any and never paid much attention to it. Finally tested and corrected, last I checked was 400 but targeting 420 for exactly that 400 buffer like you.
I also shifted from a static intensity AB+, to a 3hr AB+, 3hr Peak, and end with 3hr heavy blues and ramps on each end, I think similar to WWC schedule while mimicking the intensity of morning to dusk.

Trition has lost 3 tests now in the mail. soo....but they replaced them every time. only advice i have is to take a picture of the tracking number and save. They should all be about the same . I think ATI may have come back a little better but i dont have the link.

I am not 100% sure why I need to run the test other than curiosity. How much of what is tested can I correct if needed? Mostly wondering about iodine and potassium right now and could just get test kits for those.
