Well..me and two other people lifted it and put it on the stand which was kind of dicey at 40" . I don't have to carry it up any stairs really. Just 4 steps on the front porch..over the threshold roll it to where it goes and lift it again.

Yeah...its like 500 lbs. It wasn't the brightest of ideas. The weight isn't that bad until you have to get it that high. Next time I'll have an extra person.

I got it off of a huge colony. I really like the growth pattern on them but I'll start with a smaller one next that way it branches out more sooner in height
