All sorts of lights. I’m going to make the LED jump later this year. I have XHO bar but mainly T5 still.

I'm going to replace the XHO's with AI Blades or something similar. The XHO's don't add much PAR, they do add some extra light but not as much as I'd like. Thinking of getting AI Blade glows to put across the top when I take the XHO's out.

i would not advise pouring the water in like that becouse alot of the corals sresss comes out into the wate and the water is bad at that point to be honest. please dont do it..

also we always reccomend dipping always on incoming stuff no exeptions!

But yeah, ammonia, waste, etc, could be an issue.
