I didn’t. I got it on EBay. Although the vemdor was Saltwater Aquarium. I’m going to try to get ahold of them today and see if they’ll be reasonable

Yep. I cleaned my powerheads pretty often with hand brush because the flow decrease if I don't

You can get a 4 year for a few dollar extra if you want to cancel, just have to add it to your cart and then click the link to the warranty then choose the 4 year and add to cart
