I’m upset this morning, my Mandy mandarin died last night, or should I say I euthanized her out of mercy. When I left for work at 2pm she looked fine roaming about the rocks and when I got home at midnight she was almost totally floating and barely breathing in the left front corner. No physical damage, thought she was eating pretty good. Everyone else is fine. So yeah not happy.

On a positive note, tank in almost completely recovered overall from its troubles in late October/Early November. Gonis are starting to extend again. Never had super extension but at least they’re opening up again. I’ve really got to figure out how to hook up a rodi in my apartment despite the non-standard faucets.

Torch/Goni/Froggie/maybe an sps , but my wife said she likes the “the wavy ones” lol. Apparently another toadstool is suggested . Mostly I want a torch or two

Any good ideas to get my Gonis to extend more? In my 30l Nuvo they were pretty long esp. at the right hand side, ironically where my flow was weakest. Maybe take the Tunze out? I’ve got quite a bit of flow with the Nero 5 and supplied pumps/outlets. Everything set to pulse mode between light and medium .

Mine prefer lower light, random medium flow. Too much flow and too much light and they hide, not enough flow and they shrink.

Grr... this sale needs to begin sooner!!! My mango tango just went south, No explicable reason, no pathogen, no parasite. tissue sample from a cutting under microscope looks clean. cut and mounted a nub and some of the encrusted base. So frustrating that it's literally 'no discernable reason' so I don't even know what to fix.
