I inherited it from the previous owners, I ended up putting a skimmer in it, a large pump and oversized external filter, a small creek. Water stays pretty clear now but I know it's way overstocked. Would love to expand it a bit.

In all seriousness, get rid of the goldfish and put a couple more koi.

I have thought about it but what am I going to do with all the goldfish. I really like the butterfly koi. I have one.

Technically I'm over stocked for koi already, but I run pretty heavy filtration on it.

Koi are 16-20 inches

Morning! Tank is on another growing spirt. Had to raise Alk, Ca and Mag dosing all by 15% today. They have all started going down steadily for the last 2 weeks. This morning pictures are just some of the Fuzz Ball crowd. My NO3 and PO4 have drifted back up to 17 and 0.17 and I think they really like it better.

I think we are on the same trend . You are a week behind me. Keep an eye . I'll let you know alk drop..and then time for you to increase too... hugs. About 24 ml increase on 120 or 25 percent.

I keep my alk a little higher incase it drops a little but also you are probably at 8.1 with ppm meter that is more accurate.
