Question for all nem folks. Is the black basket or the hem box better. The huge Colo sunburst I got today was in a BIG black basket. Currently, i I put it in my magnet clear hem box

I have both... the magnetic acclimation boxes are nicer to look at, obviously more expensive. I'd personally would want more than one... so I'd opt for the black pond baskets from lowes. Cheaper and therefore I have multiple... once they get dirty with gunk etc I just swap them out. Think of the convenience of multiple mp40 wetsides.
