Right there with you on the hearing! Grew up in Missouri same way. That, and always working on the airfield a few hundred meters from the runway. F22s with afterburners on are a little loud. Same with the F35s. Worked with those a lot this last year.

That’s great. Never got to fly the Raptor, but flew in the Raptor Simulator a lot. Awesome jet. It’s not like old school. You don’t fly the jet. You fly the computers and the computers fly the jet. old School was more fun.
