Going on 7 days of us all sick here... This years flu is no joke... get your flu shots we all feel like wrasses. Perdiatrician says it'll last all of 7 days... some more...

Still so braindead from the flu... confirmed Influenza A... get your Shots... This one lasts all of 7 days... Between 7 days shut-in and all the meds, I feel like I have only 2 marbles rolling around upstairs at best...

And my prize WWC coral (the expensive frag) that had browned out is starting to get its color back!

This batch's food recipe: (I got a bunch more items to add to the food this round)

1/2 bad whole foods seafood medley
1/2 pouch knox original gelatine
2 tsp BRS spirulina powder
3 tsp BRS copepod powder
3 tsp BRS freeze-dried rotifers
1 Tbsp BRS freeze-dried calanus
2 Tbsp BRS freeze-dried mysis shrimp
6 squirts Brightwell Angelixir food soak
4 squirts Brightwell garlic power
4 sheets of BRS Nori

No-one appreciated that I made it in the kitchen. Despite everyone being stuffed-up from the flu, the garlic and calanus smells managed to get through and earn me a lot of 'praise'.

I like to slow cook mine on the stove... I'm kidding of course but that sure would smell great.

haha. My daughter was so gung-ho to help. she measured it all out till it came time for the Calanus. That did it for her. First she got a face mask hoping to stay then she had to leave the room it was too much.

Its been awhile since I messed with the cnc so felt I needed a refresher project to refamiliarize myself with it before I started making Holiday gifts... Latitude & longitude signs for people's houses...
