I had a clown that used to nip at my hand and I guess I scared it enough one time, because it never bothers me at all anymore. Maybe try screaming really loud in a high pitched voice while splashing water all over everything. Worked for me.

Mine nips, she is fairly gentle though. I can feed her from my hand.
