How you doing @stoney7713? You are one of the people that are around a lot but I haven't talked to a whole bunch because were usually around at different times. Any luck on that RFG for your Fluval 13.5? Also, do you live in Salem, Massachusetts?

The RFGs work, the stock return pump is a little weak but you can see the flow varies.

I've been printing a lot of things lately. @sadrobotz and @steveschuerger has some of the goodies.

I'm working on some nem guards for the jebao gyres now. I made some awhile ago but I'm tweaking the design.

Funny, I was up late last night and discovered that jellyfish tanks were a thing. I was researching a bunch about those last night. I guess Jellyfish don't have brains, so they don't mind swimming in the same current in a 5g for their whole life? Either way, it looked like most people had a hard time running a jellyfish tank.

"Don't get all mushy on me" would be a great line if someone killed someone else with a jellyfish in an action movie

So you did get an RFG print? I think it would work great in my IM 14g. Im using the IM RFG right now. The mighty jet return in here is pretty darn good. Anyways. If you made one that will fit, Ill buy one from you.

They are cool. I was thinking of grabbing one to raise skunk cleaner shrimp. I had two and they released live young like clockwork every two weeks. When I had the spare 10g (which is now running full time as a frag tank), I tried catching some of the baby skunk cleaner and dropping them in there. It didn't work out.

I read that the soft circular flow of jellyfish tanks works for baby sea life that has a pelagic phase. Some snails do too.

I‘m old school, manually in the morning. 4 cc of both halves 2 part for the larger tank and 2 cc of each for the 22. kz 4 part once a week for both tanks .

I used to dose manually, but I sometime I forget. As I acquired more acro, I found myself not able to keep up especially when I had my girls. So I got a doser

I dose less at night and more during the day for stability. My ph is fine so that's not an issue. If ph gets low at night maybe kalk at night and alk during the day?

Thank you all for your help with my dosing schedule. I spread out the 32ml into 16 hrs. I now dosee more during the day. I couldn't sleep at 2am so I went and measure alk and ph. Ph is steady at 8.2-8.3 and alk is at 7.8. I test again when I woke up at 7, and readings still same. My dosing won't ramp up until 10am.
My 180 is happy happy with the new flow setup, scp150 on one end and the scp 180 on the other. Both on w1 mode with the 150 at 1 power and the 180 at 3 power and both at lowest speed
