I'm actually surprised it's that low... usually flashes 75.0 at me, then I have to dilute it 50% to get a real number.Oh la la . I get to use my new hanna tonight

I can take care of the phosphates easily enough.Phosphate that high may be leeching rocks plus some salts add p04 and if nothing is consuming it....
Yep. I had a 200 gallon bag of salt break and spill in the box. Replaced it no questions asked. Best part was I was able to salvage over half the original shipment. Just wish their packaging skills were better….Want to do a shout out for Bulk Reef Supply. Ordered some Brightwell Code A and B and received it yesterday. Box was soaking wet. Sent them an email about it. Received an email this morning that replacement is on the way for the Code B that was leaking. Great support.
You'd think they'd be better at it. They have the easy part, dry goods is easier than live coral or fish.Yep. I had a 200 gallon bag of salt break and spill in the box. They should look at Amazon maybe to learn how to pack. They overdo the thing though…one box the size you could put a toaster in for a package of pens…..You'd think they'd be better at it. They have the easy part, dry goods is easier than live coral or fish.
Anyone ever have to swap Apex base units or get refurbished unit from Neptune? After power outage my apex took a while to come back online and in a panic I reached out to support. Maybe I just didn't wait long enough for it to reboot... Everything working good now, but support looked into it anyway and is telling me they're getting hardware failure errors (even though everythign looks good on my end). Telling me i need to send base unit in for repair or do a swap... either way looks like i'll be completely reprogramming / starting my apex stuff from scratch again when i do the swap (i still have my summary programming).
Good opprotunity to clean up the mess of cords I have, but not looking forward to trying to remember how to get everything installed.... wondering if anyone has any tips
I also bought a UPS to install on apex to hopefully condition power a bit better as running the system off a generator probably didn't help with voltage/ frequency fluctuations...
