Good morning!
Tank is running and cycling now.
Aquascape is finished.
It looks very simple and minimalistic which is what i was aiming for.
i built it with coral in mind. So i have enough space for them to grow.
I used Fritz 900 bacteria and Fritz ammonia.
Will be testing for a few days/weeks until the tank has finished cycling.

I like the layout! Did you have the rock custom made? Also, what will you be using to provide adequate biological filtration... some type of bio-spheres in the sump?

I created the aquascape myself, i bought shelve dry rock, glued it together, then expoxy on the sides, then marco 400 to secure everything.

Im definitely adding bio spheres in the sump. Just not sure if i should add them now or after the tank has cycled.

I been so busy with life. I forgot to do a little update with my tank.
Has been running for more than a month now. I added live rock into the sump which helped me cycle pretty quick.
I have a few corals and fish, as well as shrimps and crabs.

I also added two more equipments just to make my life easier. A reefmat ( doing an amazing job btw) and a Red Sea dosing pump (only dosing energy ab+ )

A few more hermits wouldn't hurt. I see some corals in the tank what did you get?

simple and minimalistic it is and I find it classy as hell! You're good at this. Is your "stocking list" checked for compatability? You have only 8 fish which I think is going to a modest and realistic number of fish. I'd to to know how this works before stocking my own 350 G2. Your comment on live rock was interesting. I'll probably go that too but it appears to be very pricey. 8 euros per kilo here in the Paris region and those rocks are heavy so I going to be good for 20 kilos at least for a modest configuration. Is that a normal price? I have no notion of that type of item.

Dear Mariano, As I look over your configuration, I see you've got an X2 MP40 AND a ReefRun 7000 DC pump. Wow! You're really planning on moving some water around. Do you need the Vorteck as well as the ReefRun? You're going to have some pretty violent water movement. I'm going to set up a 350 as well. Do I need to consider that? Appreciate your advice. sd

Hey! I paid about 8 us dollars per lb. I honestly dont remember how many pounds of shelve rock i used, but i bought about 20 shelves. You definitely dont need reefrun at all if you are going to use 2 mp40s. Or if you are going to use 2 reefrun, then you dont need the mp40s. Now, 90 percent of my corals are lps.

Thanks for your feedback. The French price of 8 euros per kilo appears very reasonable now. That being said, the live rock available to me at one of the only two Paris area LFS's is pretty ugly stuff. Nothing compared to the beautiful white rocks you originally used. Regarding the circulation, I'm going to see if I'm happy without the Vorteck and see how that goes, mainly for esthetic reasons because my aquarium is going to be exposed on all four sides and I'm trying to minimize the wiring visible. Your aquarium is awesome. Respect.

Just a little update about the tank.

well.. i already scratched the tank in the front.

This lil guy has been running for two months now. Everything seems to be flowing on the right track. Corals, fish, inverts seems to be happy, i do feed 3 times a day so everyone is fat.

I took some pics to share with you guys.

Thank you guys!

I added 2 more corals this weekend.
Still trying to fill the rocks with coral.
Tank is doing pretty good so far!
Coral and fish growing pretty fast (probably due to my over feeding  )
Here are some updated pics!
