Where do I begin???

1. They do not support local clubs.
2. They employees consistently give out bad advice.
3. Employees push "snake oil" fix all's.
4. The management themselves are rude.
5. They still sell bioball sumps for reef tanks.
But this is all just my opinion.....

Funny you should mention the sumps, thats where mine came from...... I truly wish I could get a better sump and put a refugium in.
