Hello, what are the reasons for the high levels of alkalinity, calcium and magnesium? For your information, I do not use any mode to increase the levels of alkalinity, calcium and magnesium, but I change the water every week, 10% of the size of the aquarium, but I do not understand why it increases. Is this more appropriate for me, and all my corals are happy?

What is the salinity? Is it going up?

define HIGH LEVEL, give us some numbers to work with. I fairly often seen CA of 550, DKh of 12 to 13, I do not test Mag no so no clue on that.

I'm going to remove the emergency tag for now.

Alk, calcium and mangesium levels do not just get high on their own. Either they are reflecting what came in your salt mix, or were added.

Salinity being high (maybe higher than you think) would be the main way they would get higher than a salt mix is supposed to contain.
