Also have a bucket with a powerhead nearby.
Rescaping looks like it would be tough. but you could try getting some dry branching coral pieces and adding it to your existing scape.

Last time I was in Florida I picked up some and added it to my tank. It looked really cool but ended up taking it out because I got a XXL torch and it was the only way to fit it in.

the coral goes in a spare tank or bucket with powerhead, heater if you need it.

l adding a new spectrum or intensity can sometimes increase photosynthesis in the cyano's growth so now the colony gets big enough to see. yes.
