Btw, I am considering alternatives to powdered dosing, like using abc reagents or other test kits to avoid that problem.

Also, consider using home assistant as it will also give you a dashboard and controls, a mobile app etc where you can all plug this into!

Very interesting project, I also started something like this, but not automated first. And main question here is how to calibrate this device. It is nor possible to calibrate against paper which is attached to test. I tried to find how to prepare standard solution, but found only PO4 and NO3 receipt. Do anyone have an idea how to deal with ammonia, NO2 and other things which we are trying to test?

Compounds like ammonium chloride and sodium nitrite are available as salts and stock can be made from the solids.
