Got my 2 clowns in a hospital tank, as for my dt it was mid cycle will removing the fish stop that cycle or will it continue?
Nope, and your clowns will be much happier to move into a medicated environment with no ammonia.

It will continue. The snails will produce ammonia to be broken down, if not as much as the clowns. You'll also want to feed the snails a bit, which will help.
Thank you! The medication I got to treat the ich only has instructions for up to 48 hours of treatment, but does not state for how long I should continue the 48 hour dosing, any tips?

What type of treatment did you apply?

Definitely be sure to monitor ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. Be ready to do water changes if necessary.

What meds did you get?

Full water change or how much %?
Check your ammonia levels about twice a day; make sure you have a decent test kit (e.g. non-API). Small daily water changes are best and you can vacuum up uneaten food that way as well.

Thanks for the tip just a little confused If I treat in a qt tank then how would I get the ich out of my main?
You will treat the fish in a qt tank. During that time the parasite will die off in the display with no fish for a host.

Update: clown seems to look dusty rather than spotted like before. Attempted to feed, the one experiencing symptoms did not eat and appears to be losing balance when swimming kinda of tipping vertically. My other clown seems perfect active no spots eating fine.

Thanks for the concern. Little guy on the bottom has seemed okay he’s definitely a little less active then when he was in the 37g the larger clown doesn’t seem to be improving.

Getting kind of concerned for my seemingly healthy clown as he’s just laying at the bottom of the tank not swimming much. They’re both just sticking to one corner of the tank.

You might have done all you can at this point with what you have. A freshwater dip might well kill your clowns from the shock, so I'm not sure that I'd do that (if you were even considering it as an option). Sorry to hear about this turn of events.
