New AI hydra 64 NIB loose screws

Should I worry that my AI hydra 64’s new purchase fixture had some screws loose in the box? I contacted seller ( BRS) and manufacturer and they tell me just tighten back on and move on. Both making it as no big deal. This happened on 2 of 3 fixtures. $2300 in new lights and this what I get

Well it shouldn't happen but a lot of things happen that shouldn't. I guess you have two choices, use them or return them

One time I bought a brand new car and it had a couple little rattles. Manufacturer handled them but I was still out my time. $50,000 and that is what I got!

Stuff happens! Get out a tool, tighten them up, and move on. Could have fixed them in less time than it took to contact BRS and AI and complain here

The thing is what else might come loose down the road. These things are not cheap

What you’re seeing is so random and obscure. It’s a one off.

Look over them, tighten down whatever might be loose, and run them
