BTW when I was replacing the rock I came across an interesting looking thing, reddish orange in color. At first I thought it was a molt from my fire shrimp. Then I realized it was something else. Did a bit of research and found it to be a spaghetti worm. There a few in my sand bed along with network of tubes which break off pretty easily.

Ah. no biggie those are a score as @Lionfish Lair would say.

I know some don't like using chemicals but when any of my tanks would get cyano I would just clean all the detritus out and shake each rock in a bucket of tank water to get the crap out inside then I'd dose the red slime remover or green slime remover and it would be gone in a day or 2 and stay gone until I neglected my tank again.
You've already cleaned so i'd dose the green slime one to get rid of it and buy you some time to let your tank Balance back out

Haven't updated in a while, fell sick last week with some kind of mad flu. Managed to get a small water change done last week though, and while doing it also managed to increase the flow to the media reactor pushing all my GFO to the next chamber and some out of the reactor, fortunately just a tiny bit got into the return section, still need to clean this stuff out. There is some algea/cyano/diatom growth showing on the rocks.:(

Also got the CUC in from reefcleaners and its in the tank as of three days ago. Most of it has dispersed although I see a major snail migration up the glass to the waterline at night.

Also finally got my Radion G4s hung and hooked up today. Currently have them about 9-10in above the water and max 30% intensity 18K for 2 hours and 4 hr ram up and ramp down. Now my wife wants all my boxes and buckets etc. cleaned out from the living room.

Made a little video with iphone, sorry this is my first time composing one so....
