New to this website but was recommended.. new to the hobby about 8 months in. Started with fluval 13 gallon. I know everyone seems to talk smack about it but it’s still my favorite tank. Forced me to learn what I was doing and make sure I kept a strong routine for tank Maintenance so I have no regrets. Over the past 8 months swapped a good portion of the media out.. still have stock lights. They are solid lights but only negative is that there is no adjusting brightness. Great white light that just caused things to grow but simply to bright for others.
New tank is the fluval 32.5 which has been running over a month and going through the ugly stage. Still can not determine if ill keep the lights on this one or not. Overall I do plan on going bigger down the road but figured having two nano tanks would be great for a quarantine anyway!
