What has changed? If not water chemistry related, what has changed with the equipment? If none of those has had any changes is it possible that something in the room has changed or any contamination of any kind? Just a way to think back to when they were looking good.

If your water parameters and lighting/flow haven't changed, you might want to try an iodine based coral dip. I like Seachem's ReefDip.

I've had a lot of success dipping sick/retracted LPS corals in ReefDip. They seem to be particularly affected by harmful bacteria and fungus, and the iodine will take care of that. I use a stronger concentration than the bottle recommends, because these LPS corals are hardy and can take it.

I run my 2 XR15 lights at 100% on the AB setting. Are you sure they are not slowly declining due to insufficient par? The prior extension you mention could have been them reaching for more light. Not sure your 30% is sufficient.

Mag looks low to me but likely not the cause.

With torches, a 30 second video clip of them can be helpful for determining flow.

They look like they've got good tissue around the necks which is a good sign.

I do Not preemptively move and dip torches. They don't like moving and are prone to tissue damage

The change I made in my tank was to add a new xr15, after adding it, I ran both of them at 50%, after a certain period of time, algae problem occurred, I am adding the images, now I am dealing with algae

So here you have your answer, it is probably the Change in light.
A video would help as mentioned earlier.

You haven't said how long you've had them. I don't agree that the tissue looks good around the heads, it is very short not elongated down the stalk of the skeleton. That tells me they have been receding for some time if in fact it was ever growing down the skeleton.
Do agree it could be your lighting either not strong enough or the fact that you change them, it's really hard to tell. It could be in fact your flow perhaps not enough or too much. I do agree we need a video so when you do get a chance post it up.
How stable have your parameters been?

Flow looks linear to me. The power looks okay. Anyway you can get more random?
Don't let po4 get any lower.
Everything else has been stable?
