I went by way of the long cut before I was able to finally quit nicotine after smoking for years.

it’s awesome to quit. The thing that prompted me was life insurance premiums were 1/3 the cost if no nicotine…
insurance companies don’t have enough data to increases their rates for the chebba a yet.
