the first episode was rough, then we realized it's supposed to be a comedy NOT horror. it gives very uh... early 90s action/comedy vibes.

A lot less car battle than we were looking for, a lot more witty humor than we expected.... but the entire first season was a setup for the actual tournaments like the games, so holding out hope enough people watch season 1 that it gets renewed

They said the same thing about the Boiler Room position I took.

Turned out I was the only qualified job bidder.

The thing that clinched it? "I don't care about temperature and I don't flinch when things break" was my opening line in the interview.
