Me too. They seem to be doing better with the trace I have been adding. I was going to see where this next test end up and maybe start adding iodide on top of the trace.

I notice most things like Aminos too.

I was wondering about coffee... Aleve would relax eve some of the aches and pains but if it's an anti-inflammatory it's possible it would reduce some of the puffiness.

Well finally done with the light rack cover and i think it turned out pretty good...i still have the side cover to hide the angle line that will also be a white board for feeding nutrients dosing etc. To write down keep track of etc.

Doing it tonight after feeding boss....going to switch the zoas and lobo. The lobo has shown some stressors to the lights i think not as plump gonna try and see if a shady spot does a little better

Got it moved like the oresentation better to and dont haveto worry bout bare knuckle boxing lol added 2 springers to the tank today Gotti harassed one and now he cant be found hope he is just hiding. We will see I guess. Reefstock tomorrow final preparations on my secret project and unveiling tomorrow hoping for some good hype and showing have 3 vendors I am showcasing to.
